Healing Through Music, Backed by Research

Led by Melbourne-based Registered Music Therapist Paul Byrnes (RMT), we offer evidence-based, trauma-informed music therapy for all ages — in person and online. Whether you’re seeking support for autism, dementia, trauma, disability, or mental health challenges, music therapy provides a creative, safe, and goal-focused way to connect, heal, and grow. No musical experience is needed.

Music therapy can help:

  • Regulate emotions
  • Improve communication
  • Boost memory and motor skills
  • Build confidence and reduce anxiety

Sessions may include singing, instrument play, songwriting, movement, or listening — all tailored to your goals.

Music Therapy for All Ages

Telehealth Music Therapy

Supervision & Consultation

Reflective practice and supervision for registered music therapists. Consulting available for support coordinators, schools, and allied health teams.
